Alex joined Citywide on 27th January 2026 and is a highly accomplished CEO with a strong record of leading complex, asset-intensive and technology-enabled organisations through periods of transformation, commercial improvement and operational delivery.

He brings deep experience working across regulated environments, large workforces and government stakeholders.

Harvey Walker
Chief Financial Officer

Harvey joined Citywide in 2021 and has more than 20 years’ experience across financial management, business partnering, accounting and audit.

Harvey is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Fleet, Information Technology and Procurement. Prior to joining Citywide, Harvey held senior finance roles with Powercor and CitiPower, Rural Press and Mark Warner.

Harvey holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Matt Williams
Executive – Victorian Operations

Matt has worked across the Citywide business for more than 20 years and has responsibility for Citywide’s Victorian municipal operations. He has experience across a broad range of services in the Municipal sector, including having led some of Citywide’s most significant contracts.

Matt brings passion, energy and an unwavering focus on working collaboratively with customers to deliver outcomes for the community, and in fostering employee development.

Patrick Lin-Wu
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Patrick joined Citywide in 2020 and has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across infrastructure, utilities, education and technology in Australia and internationally.

He leads Citywide’s legal, risk and governance functions and has played a key role in major transactions and strategic initiatives across the business.

Patrick holds degrees in law and science, including a major in computer science, and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. He is admitted to practise in Victoria and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ben Chapman
Executive – People and Safety

Ben joined Citywide in April 2025 and leads the People, Safety and Environment team. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience from global organisations including Mars, Asahi and Veolia.

With a strong commercial mindset, Ben has led significant transformation aligned to business growth, with a focus on building talent capability, fostering high-performing workplace cultures and embedding a safety-first approach.
